Americans of every race, gender, sexuality and religion must be treated equal under the law and significant regulations and investments need to be made in order to address centuries of systemic bigotry towards all our marginalized groups.

Together we will

Pass reparations for the descendants of slaves and invest in communities affected by Jim Crow, redlining and the war on drugs
Ban the use of police in schools as a means of discipline
Enhance abortion protections and enact "Safe Haven" laws for out-of-state women to receive help in Massachusetts in light of any Supreme Court decisions which will restrict rights in other states.
Protect the rights and land of indigenous people and examine old treaties to compensate for violations
Enact laws to root out sexual harassment in the workplace and elsewhere
Make it easier to obtain justice for sexual assault victims
Close the gap between men and women's health outcomes, particularly women of color
End the gender pay gap
Pass comprehensive anti-discrimination policies
Defend and protect existing pro-trans laws
Develop and implement LGBTQ+ inclusive education
Guarantee transgender-affirming healthcare.
End “gay panic” and “transgender panic” murder excuse
Ban intersex mutilation.
